Friday Night
The first night gets everyone together, we hold an official event opening party in one of the local establishments, open-bar, good music and from there many often choose to tour the city's nightlife! Be careful, the Warsaw Rugby Festival is a marathon, not a sprint. Matches start the next morning at 9:30 AM!
Saturday
Sunday
Teams attempt to shake off the effects of their first taste of Warsaw night life, with veteran sides heading straight for the beer garden. Games run all day for both Men's 10s and Ladies 7s events, as a live DJ keeps everybody entertained... The pitchside bar opens at 11:00 and our catering team will bring you a little closer to paradise. Besides the free drinks and food included there are also food and drink vouchers, and WRF merchandise that can be bought from the organisers tent.
Sunday is trophy day! after the remaining games, winners from multiple categories will be rewarded, photos taken, champagne will spray...
Afterwards its back to the hotels, shower and change before hitting the Closing party where there will be another open-bar, food, music and our charity auction!!!
