2. Await confirmation email from the Warsaw Frogs with tournament details.

3. Pay deposit using:

• EUR 500 - This is deducted from your final entry fee.

4. We provide a team entry form for you to fill out with a photo, logo, and team information for the program.

 

5. Pay full team entry fee:

 

Early Bird rate:

180 EUR 

(Must pay deposit before Dec 1st)

Regular rate:

220 EUR pp for men 

200 EUR pp for ladies.
